🔄 Return and Exchange Policy

✅ First: In case there is a mistake on our part

If you receive the wrong or defective product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We arrange returns or exchanges, and bear all shipping costs , with a refund if needed.

🔁 Second: If the customer wishes to exchange

If the product matches the order but the customer wishes to exchange it for personal reasons, please contact us within 48 hours of the date of receipt.

In this case, the customer bears the full shipping and replacement costs .
